1. In the settings panel click the “+” to “Create a new setting
2. Choose Quicktime export components
3. Under Encoder type choose Flash Video (FLV)

4. Click Options to setup the FLV compression options

5. Final hit ok to close the FLV compression options Give your preset a name/description and click save
